How To Make Keto Fathead Dough Cinnamon Roll Fries
Mix mozzarella, almond flour
cream cheese
and Erythritol in a bowl
and microwave until melted.
Add the egg and combine.
Divide the dough in two equal parts.
Place one ball of dough over parchment paper, cover with parchment paper and roll it thin.
Repeat with the other ball of dough, and refrigerate both for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220ºC/420ºF.
Remove dough from the refrigerator – peel off one of the parchment paper layers, cover with Erythritol and cinnamon and cover with the other layer of dough.
Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden.
While it’s baking, prepare the icing.
Mix cream cheese
powdered Stevia
vanilla extract
melted butter and combine until creamy.
Once cinnamon roll fries are done – dip in icing or eat by themselves

- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
