For the Muffins:
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Erythritol
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Powdered Nutmeg
For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup Powdered Erythritol
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Almond Milk
Instructions
- Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, erythritol, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Beat in the egg and almond milk.
- Divide the batter into a silicon muffin pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350F.
- Take out of the oven and leave out to cool.
