Blend in the almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Knead the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide into 12 balls.
Roll out each ball into a stick then top with cheese and pepperoni.
Arrange sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350F.
Serve with sugar-free marinara sauce for dipping.
