How To Make Keto Snickers Cookie Bars
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×9 baking dish well.
Add the ingredients for the cookie bars
to the mixing bowl
and beat on high
until a loose dough has formed.
Press the dough into an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish with your hands.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Let the cookie mixture cool completely.
Using the tines of a fork
drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cookie mixture.
Place the baking chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the chocolate over the top of the cookie bars.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the cookies bars.
Place the baking dish into the freezer to set for 1 hour before slicing and serving.

- 2 cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- ½ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 8 tablespoon Butter unsalted and melted
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
For the topping:
- 2 tablespoon Sugar free caramel syrup
- ¼ cup Lilys baking chips
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon Chopped peanuts
Instructions
