Line a 9”x9” baking pan with parchment.
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-proof bowl.
Melt in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Fold in the chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and chill for about an hour.
Unmold
and cut into serving-sized pieces.

- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
