How To Make Weight Watchers Cinnamon Roll Fries
Mix mozzarella
almond flour, cream cheese and Erythritol in a bowl and microwave until melted.
Add the egg and combine.
Divide the dough in two equal parts. Place one ball of dough over parchment paper, cover with parchment paper and roll it thin.
Repeat with the other ball of dough and refrigerate both for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat 420ºF.
Remove dough from the refrigerator – peel off one of the parchment papers layers, cover one layer with the Erythritol and cinnamon and place it on top of the other layer of dough.
Cut dough into ½ -1” strips. Place onto baking sheet and bake for around 10-12 minutes.
Check and see if they are golden brown. If not, cook an added 2-3 minutes.
While it’s baking, prepare the icing. Mix cream cheese
powdered Stevia
melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
and vanilla extract and combine until creamy.
Remove fries from oven and cool.
