How To Make Keto Lo Mein
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms, bell pepper and carrots to the skillet and saute until just slightly tender.
Place the palmini noodles into the skillet with the vegetables and toss to combine well.
Saute another 3-5 minutes.
Mix together the soy sauce,
ginger paste,
brown sugar substitute,
sesame oil and cayenne pepper if desired until well combined.
Add the snap peas and minced garlic to the skillet and stir to combine. Saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the skillet, and saute another 3-5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 Can Palmini linguini noodles rinsed and drained
- 1 C. Sliced mushrooms
- 1 Red bell pepper thinly sliced
- ¼ C. Matchstick carrot shreds (optional if you are strict keto)
- ¼ C. Snap peas
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- ½ tsp. Sesame oil
- ½ tsp. Ginger paste
- Cayenne pepper to taste optional if spice is desired
Instructions
