How to Make Keto Pumpkin Mousse
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar Swerve and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy.
Add cream cheese.
Add pumpkin puree.
Add brown sugar Swerve.
Add pumpkin pie spice.
Draw Jack O Lantern faces on the front of the small clear cups with a Sharpie.
Add the pumpkin mixture to a piping bag or a Ziploc with the tip of the bag cut off, and pipe the mixture into the cups until they are full.
Combine the heavy whipping cream and confectioners sugar substitute in a mixing bowl, and beat until soft peaks form.
Pipe the whipping cream onto the top of each pumpkin mousse jack o lantern.
Place pumpkin mousse jack o lanterns on a decorative tray.

- 1 C. Pumpkin puree
- 1 C. Brown sugar Swerve
- 2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- Small 2 oz. clear plastic cups
- Sharpie marker
Instructions
- Draw Jack O Lantern faces on the front of the small clear cups with a Sharpie.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar Swerve and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy.
