How To Make Keto Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the cream cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is completely melted and combined.
Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl with the other crust ingredients,
and blend into a smooth dough.
Press the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Press it out as thin or thick as you would like, into a rectangular shape.
Smooth the ranch dressing over the crust.
Sprinkle the cheese
and then the chicken on top.
Drizzle on the buffalo sauce,
and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve garnished with green onions.

- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 C. Almond flour
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
For the topping:
- ¼ C. Ranch dressing
- 1-2 C. Shredded chicken breast
- 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ C. Buffalo sauce
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
