How To Make Microwave Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large microwave safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, watching carefully to make sure the milk doesn’t boil over.
Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Return to the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir vigorously until the milk and chocolate are thoroughly combined.
Pour into a parchment paper lined 8×8 pan and spread in an even layer.
Top with crushed peppermint candy.
Press the candy lightly into the fudge.
Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set, then cut into one-inch pieces.

- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/3 cup crushed peppermint candy
