How To Make Keto 3 Musketeers Bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine all of the ingredients for the bread
and blend
on high
until smooth and fluffy.
Place the batter in an even layer in a well greased loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
Let the bread cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter
and cream cheese for the icing.
Blend until smooth.
Add in the cocoa powder
Swerve sweetener
and blend again until smooth.
Spread half of the icing mixture onto the top of the bread.
Save the other half of the icing in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for a future recipe.
Combine the baking chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat at 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted, and the ingredients are combined.
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the chocolate over the top of the bread.
Place the bread into the freezer to set for 15 minutes before serving.

- 2 cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Unflavored whey protein powder
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ cup Butter unsalted and melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
For the icing:
- ½ cup Butter unsalted and softened, but not melted
- 2 ounce Cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
For the chocolate drizzle:
- ¼ cup Lily’s baking chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions

Thanks for the recipe. I can’t wait to try it. Since I don’t tolerate whey protein well I’m wondering if I can substitute something or just leave it out. I have collagen hydrolysate, but I don’t have any other form of protein powder. What do you think? Thanks!
