- 4 Tbsp. Coconut oil melted
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
For the cheesecake layer:
- 6 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 4 Packs of Atkins chocolate candies
Instructions
- Place the ingredients for the cookie crust into a mixing bowl, and beat until a loose dough has formed.
