How To Make Keto Cake Pan Cinnamon Rolls
Line a sheet pan with parchment.
Whisk together eggs, melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Whisk together brown erythritol and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle mixture on top of the batter and swirl in with a spatula.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F.
Whisk all ingredients for the icing in a bowl.
Take the cake out of the oven and leave to cool before glazing.
