Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cookie bars
except for the baking chips
and candies.
Beat on high until a smooth dough has formed.
Fold the baking chips
and candies into the dough
Press the mixture into the bottom of a well greased 6 inch baking dish.
You can use a 9×9 baking dish, but your cookie bars will be thinner, and the baking time may be reduced.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until just browned and cooked through.
You will want to bake for the shortest amount of time possible at no higher of a temp than 325 degrees, as keto candies have a lower melting point than traditional ones.
