How to make keto crackers
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir and knead into a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic film and chill for half an hour.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 220C. / 425 F
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and set on top of a sheet of parchment.
Slightly press to flatten then cover with another sheet of parchment. Flatten with a rolling pin.
Prick the dough all over with a fork and cut into serving pieces.
Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
