- 1.5 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1-2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 White Onion sliced
- For the Tortillas
- 4 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Water
- 4 tbsp Avocado Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
