How To Make Keto Sheet Pan Nachos

  • 1 Egg

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup Cooked Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • ¼ cup Diced Peppers
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar
  • ¼ cup Diced Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Taco Seasoning

  • Put the mozzarella in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.
