How to make keto chocolate chip caramel fat bombs
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a food processor.
Pulse until smooth.
Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Divide and roll the dough into balls
and chill for at least an hour.
Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for the caramel sauce in a heat-proof bowl.
Stir and set in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for another 15 seconds.
Take the fat bombs out of the refrigerator
and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
Chill until ready to serve.

- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
