How To Make Keto Cookies and Cream Fat Bombs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
To make the cookies: In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and eggs.
Beat on high until well blended.
Form the batter into 16 equal sized balls, and flatten into a flat cookie shape.
Place the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl
beat together the ingredients
for the fat bombs
until smooth and creamy.
Crumble four of the prepared cookies into the fat bombs mixture, and fold them in well.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop servings of the fat bomb batter onto a parchment lined sheet.
Place the fat bombs in the freezer for about an hour until they have set.
