Place cauliflower florets in a baking tray

  • 4 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 tbsp. Tahini
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a baking tray and cover with 1 tbsp. Olive Oil.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes – or until soft and golden.
  4. Place cauliflower florets, along with all the other ingredients, in a food processor and process until smooth.
  5. Serve topped with 1 tbsp. olive oil, paprika powder and freshly ground pepper.
