How To Make Keto Pesto Chicken Flatbread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese and 2 oz cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese has melted completely.
Place the cheese into a mixing bowl with the remaining crust ingredients.
Blend on high until a smooth dough forms.
Press the dough into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Top the dough with the pesto sauce.
Add the chicken
and spinach over the top.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the 2 tbsp of parmesan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

- ½ tsp. Baking soda
- 1 Large egg
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste

- ⅓ C. Pesto sauce
- 1 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 C. Shredded chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Fresh baby spinach
Instructions
