Prepare cauliflower rice: break or chop cauliflower into florets. Put it on a food processor. Process into small pieces, not for paste. Or use a kitchen grater for this.
Line a skillet with 1/4 cup water. Add cauliflower rice and cook 2-3 min. Add garlic, cream and Italian seasoning, toss well and cook 2 min.
Prepare zucchini noodles: slice the ends of zucchini and spiralize. Add 1 tsp of olive.
Slice avocado and chicken.
Collect your cauliflower, zucchini noodles, chicken breast, grilled zucchini, olives & lime put in a container and enjoy.
