How To Make Keto Sheet Pan Nachos
Put the mozzarella in a heat-proof bowl.
Microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.
Stir in the egg, then blend in the almond flour.
Set the dough in between sheets of parchment
and flatten out with a rolling pin.
Take the top parchment off and slide the dough onto a sheet pan.
Bake for 12 minutes at 425F.
Flip and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
Take out of the oven and cut into bite-sized triangles.
Top with chicken, peppers, shredded cheese, and avocado.
Sprinkle taco seasoning and drizzle sour cream on top.

For the Chips:
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
For the Toppings:
- ½ cup Cooked Rotisserie Chicken shredded
- ¼ cup Diced Peppers
- 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar
- ¼ cup Diced Avocado
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
Instructions
- Put the mozzarella in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.
