How To Make Keto Bang Bang Shrimp
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Mix together the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow bowl.
Dip the shrimp into the beaten egg
and then coat in the pork rind crumb mixture.
Place onto a well greased baking rack over a baking sheet.
Bake the shrimp for 8-10 minutes.
Combine the ingredients
for the sauce
and drizzle it over the cooked shrimp.

- 2 C. Crushed pork rind crumbs
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Large egg beaten
For the sauce:
- ½ C. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
