IngredientsFor the strawberries:

  • 2 ½ C. Sliced strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

For the topping:

  • ¾ C. Almond flour
  • ⅓ C. Chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ C. Butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the sliced strawberries into a mixing bowl, and sprinkle on the Swerve sugar substitute, xanthan gum and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together carefully but thoroughly until well combined.

  4. In another mixing bowl, combine the topping ingredients together.
  5. Crumble the topping mixture on top of the strawberries in the baking dish.
  6. Bake the crumble for 20-25 minutes until browned.
