Place the fat free shredded mozzarella
and the fat free cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat the cheeses at 30 second intervals until they are completely melted and well blended.
Add the almond flour
baking powder
sugar substitute
vanilla extract and egg to the cheese mixture, and blend on high until completely combined.
Place the dough mixture into the freezer to set for 30 minutes to an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Form the chilled dough into 15 equal sized mini donut balls. You can wet your hands slightly to help keep the dough from sticking to them.
Place the dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Combine the ingredients for the glaze in a mixing bowl
and beat on high until smooth.
Brush the glaze onto the cooled mini donuts
Serve

Instructions
