How To Make Weight Watchers Oreo Cookies
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cookie crust.
Fill each cavity of the silicone mold about halfway full of the cookie crust mixture.
Press down firmly.
Place the cookie crust into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and vanilla extract.
Mix in the almond flour and Swerve Confectioners’ Sugar Substitute.
Remove mold from the freezer.
Top each cavity of the mold with the cream filling.
Freeze for at least an hour before serving.
Serve at once or store uneaten cookie bites in an airtight container in the freezer.

- 2 tablespoons “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”, melted
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cream Filling:
- 6 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Swerve Confectioners’ Sugar Substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 24 cavity, squares, silicone candy mold
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cookie crust.
- Fill each cavity of the silicone mold about halfway full of the cookie crust mixture. Press down firmly. Place the cookie crust into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.
