How to make fat bombs
Mix peanut butter and sweetener together
Refrigerate peanut butter mixture for at least 3 hours.
Mix peanut butter with grounded peanuts and combine until you get a solid mix (just enough so you can form balls). The amount of grounded peanuts you’ll need depends on how liquid is your peanut butter, if it’s too runny, feel free to add more, you can also refrigerate longer to make the process easier.
Form the balls with your hands, refrigerate for 1 hour (or 30 minutes in the fridge).
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler (boil water on a pot, and place the chocolate and butter over the steam – without touching the water – and stir until melted).
Cover the balls with chocolate using a spoon to dip, and place them on foil.
Sprinkle with a little Himalayan salt.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is solid.

- 2 tbsp. of your favorite sugar-free sweetener
- ¾ cup Peanuts, grounded
- 3.5 oz. Dark Lilys Chocolate
- Himalayan Salt to sprinkle
