How To Make Keto Toffee Almonds
Place Erythritol
water and butter in a pot
and cook at low heat until it starts caramelizing.
Once the color starts to turn golden brown, remove from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes (just so it stops bubbling).
Prepare a dish with foil.
Pour the toffee over the foil and cover with almonds.
Let it cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Once hard, crack them with your hands.
Serve

- 2 tbsp. Butter
Instructions
