  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Cream of tartar
  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
