How To Make Keto Bear Claw Cake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the ingredients
for the cake
into a mixing bowl
and blend
on high
until smooth
and creamy.
Add the batter to a well greased 7-8 inch springform pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until completely cooked through. You can cover the top with a piece of tin foil throughout the baking process if it is becoming too brown for your liking.
Let the cake cool.
Add the heavy whipping cream and sweetener for the topping to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined.
Brush the glaze over the top of the cake
and sprinkle with the sliced almond before serving.
