How to make keto chaffles
Preheat your mini waffle maker if needed.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese are completely melted and combined.
Add the melted cheese mixture to a mixing bowl
and blend in all of the other ingredients
on high
until smooth and creamy.
Pour ⅓ of the batter into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Repeat step 4 to make two more brownie chaffles.
Slice the brownies chaffles into thin strips, and top with a dusting of confectioners sugar substitute if desired.
Serve

- 1 oz. Softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. Baking powder
- 1 Egg
