How to make keto chicken cordon bleu appetizers
Heat about ¼” of oil in a pan.
Whisk together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Beat the egg with 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg wash
then dredge with the almond flour mixture.
Fry the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
Top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese, ham, and another slice of cheese.
Secure with skewers.
