Learn how to make keto sugar cookies
In a large bowl combine together coconut flour, stevia and pinch of salt.
Add in melted butter and vanilla extract.
Add in the whole egg and stir well until combined.
Form out 8 medium sized cookies with a help of an ice cream scoop and place them on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, pressing them gently to form a shape of a cookie.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F degrees or 170 C degrees for 7-9 minutes, or just until on the sides golden brown.

- 3 tablespoons stevia
- pinch of salt
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, room temperature
