Combine all ingredients for the caramel in a pot.
Set over low-medium heat and bring to a boil while whisking continuously.
Take off the heat and whisk for another 20 seconds.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut into squares.
Top with caramel
and chill until ready to serve.
