How To Make Keto Hot Fudge Sundae Fat Bombs
In a mixing bowl
combine the bottom layer ingredients
and blend
until well combined
and smooth.
Fill 12 sections of a square or rectangular candy mold with the bottom layer batter, about half of the way full.
Place the fat bombs into the freezer for 1 hour until set.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the baking chips and coconut oil.
Heat at 30 second intervals until completely combined and melted.
Pour a thin layer of chocolate on the top of the bottom layer of the fat bombs.
Place the fat bombs back into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Add the ingredients for the top layer to a mixing bowl, and beat until it forms a whipped cream.
Add the whipped cream mixture to the candy mold, filling the sections the rest of the way to the top.
Place some sprinkles onto the top of each fat bomb.
Freeze the fat bombs for an additional hour before serving.
Serve
