How To Make Keto Milk Duds Candy
On the stove over medium-low heat, mix together the Swerve sweetener, sugar free syrup and butter.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and continue to cook it until it becomes quite frothy with many small bubbles.
Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the vanilla extract once it has cooled a bit.
Pour the caramel mixture into a candy mold or other container, and place in the freezer to set for 2 hours.
Remove the chilled candy from the freezer, cut it into smaller milk dud sized pieces if necessary, and form it into a ball shape.
Place the Lily’s baking chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Let the chocolate mixture cool a bit, and then dip the caramel balls into it, to coat them completely.
Place them onto a parchment lined sheet, and put them in the freezer to set.
Serve
