  • 2 C. Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp. Baking powder

For the filling:

  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese, and microwave at 30 second intervals until they are completely melted and combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, ¼ cup Swerve sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and baking powder to the cheese mixture, and knead completely with your hands until completely combined.
  4. Beat the egg into the dough mixture on high until thoroughly mixed, and place the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
