Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and erythritol. Beat on high until smooth.
Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, almond milk and mashed banana. Beat
again until smooth and creamy.
Add in the almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder and
cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped nuts and keto-friendly chocolate chips.
Place muffin liners into the compartments of a 12 hole muffin tin. Fill
each muffin liner ¾ of the way full with the batter.
Bake the muffins for 20 minutes until browned on top and cooked through.

- 4 tbsp Melted Butter unsalted
