How to make keto raspberry muffins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine all of the ingredients
except for the raspberries
and blend on high
until well combined.
Slowly fold in the chopped raspberries.
You do not want to overmix the raspberries into the batter, or they will bleed color and change the appearance of your finished muffins.
Place the batter evenly into 6 sections of a well-greased muffin tin
and bake for 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
