How To Make Keto Cheesy Stuffed Bread
Place 1 ½ cups of the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese are melted and completely combined.
Add the almond flour
baking powder
garlic powder
and 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until a well mixed dough has formed.
Mix the egg into the dough completely, and then place the dough into the freezer to set for half an hour.
Press the dough into an even rectangular shape on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the other ½ cup of mozzarella cheese down the center of the dough
and fold each side of the dough over top of it to form a long roll stuffed with the cheese.
Top the dough with the remaining Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
