How To Make Keto Olive Garden Breadsticks
Place the mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat the cheeses at 30 second intervals until they are melted and well combined.
Add the almond flour
baking powder
and xanthan gum to the bowl with the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until completely combined.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl, add an egg and beat on high until well blended.
Put the dough into the freezer for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the dough into 6 equal portions.
Roll each portion of dough into a long thin breadstick shape, and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Brush the melted butter onto the top of each breadstick
and sprinkle with the garlic powder before serving.
