  • 2 cup Almond flour
  • ⅔ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 8 tablespoon Butter unsalted and melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 2 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the blueberries, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the blueberries into the batter, and layer it in the bottom of a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
