How to make keto chocolate butterscotch candy
Line a 9”x9” pan with parchment and coat lightly with cooking spray.
Combine butter, cream, and Brown Swerve Sweetener in a saucepan.
Set over low heat until temperature reaches 236F.
Take off the heat then stir in salt and vanilla.
Whisk in Swerve confectioners sugar substitute.
Pour into the prepared pan
and leave to cool to room temperature.
Once cool enough, lift off from the pan and onto a cutting board. Cut into small squares.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on top of a double boiler.
Dip each square into the melted chocolate to coat.
Tap off any excess coating and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Chill to set.
Serve and Enjoy

- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt

- 16 oz Lilys Chocolate Chips
Instructions
