How to make keto Pay Day candy bars
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
peanut butter
vanilla extract and Swerve sweetener. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Add the cream cheese to the peanut butter mixture, and blend on high until smooth.
Place a few peanuts in the bottom of each section of a silicone candy bar mold.
Fill each section of the mold with the peanut butter mixture, and pack it in well.
Press some peanuts into the top of each candy bar.
Place the bars into the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- ½ cup Low carb sugar-free peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 2-3 tablespoon Salted or unsalted peanuts
- Candy bar silicone mold
Instructions
