How To Make Keto Frozen Peanut Butter Cups
Add the ingredients for the peanut butter filling
to a mixing bowl
and beat until smooth and creamy.
Fill mini muffin tin liners to the top with the peanut butter mixture, and freeze for several hours until hardened.
Remove the peanut butter cups from the liners.
Place the baking chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Coat the frozen peanut butter cups in the chocolate mixture, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Return the peanut butter cups to the freezer to set for 15 minutes before serving.

- ½ cup Lower carb peanut butter
- ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounce Cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the chocolate coating:
- ⅔ cup Lily’s baking chips
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the ingredients for the peanut butter filling to a mixing bowl, and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fill mini muffin tin liners to the top with the peanut butter mixture, and freeze for several hours until hardened.
- Remove the peanut butter cups from the liners.
- Place the baking chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
- Coat the frozen peanut butter cups in the chocolate mixture, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Return the peanut butter cups to the freezer to set for 15 minutes before serving.
