How To Make Keto Chocolate Glaze Donut Fries
Add the mozzarella and almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
Stir in the vanilla and egg into the melted cheese mixture.
Blend in the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture.
Put the dough in between sheets of parchment
and flatten with a rolling pin.
Cut into sticks about ½ inch wide.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375F.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit on the pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
Allow to cool before glazing.

- 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
For the Glaze
- 1/2 cup Powdered Erythritol
- 2 tablespoon Unsweetend Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
