  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 2 tablespoon Unsweetend Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the mozzarella and almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
