How To Make Keto Donuts
Preheat oven to 220C / 425F
In a bowl mix together coconut flour, baking powder, salt.
In another bowl beat together eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
Add egg mixture to coconut flour mixture, and mix well.
Scoop the batter into the doughnut pan.
Baking for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together 1 tbsp erythritol and 1 tbsp cinnamon for topping and set aside.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in microwave. Brush hot butter lightly over the top of donuts and sprinkle on topping.

- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Topping
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP erythritol
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
Instructions
