Learn how to make fat bombs
Grab two large mixing bowls. In one place 1 package of cream cheese, one stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/4 cup of swerve sugar, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, and 1/2 a cup of cocoa.
In the other bowl place 1 package of cream cheese, one stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/4 cup of swerve sugar, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, and 3/4 cup of peanut butter.
Mix both bowls up with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and well combined.
Take your candy molds and fill each one up 1/2 way with you chocolate mixture.
Fill each one up the remaining amount of the way with the peanut butter mixture.
Scrape any excess off the top and smooth out.
Top each one with either a whole pecan or chopped pecans, as shown.
Place in the freezer for freeze for 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy!

- 2 pkgs. 16 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 sticks of Butter (softened)
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
- 1/2 cup of Swerve Sugar
- 6 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 a cup of Pure Cocoa
- 3/4 cup of All Natural Peanut Butter
- Candy Molds
- Whole and Chopped Pecans (for topping)
Instructions
- Grab two large mixing bowls. In one place 1 package of cream cheese, one stick of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1/4 cup of swerve sugar, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, and 1/2 a cup of cocoa.
